Steelint offers wide range of static and mobile dry dust extraction system for abrasive blasting application starting from 500 CFM to 50000 CFM customized to suit the application. The system is designed for the effective removal and collection of dust when blasting with steel grit and garnet. The units are dry type dust extractor with pleated filter cartridges, pulse jet cleaning of the filters and a side, roof or floor mounted high pressure centrifugal fan and is most effective when extracting from an enclosed area, the air changes and dust removal rate will depend on the volume of the area being extracted. Steelint recommends one air change every two minutes when blasting with steel grit and that an abrasive recycling system is used.
